WORKSHOPS REGISTRATION

There are four bioinformatics workshops scheduled during the conference. All science teachers and faculty members are invited to participate. Workshops have been designed considering different levels of teaching to achieve goals and particular needs of participants.  Al four workshops have 25 participants limited capacity, therefore they require early registration. A nominal fee of $25.00 will be charged per workshop to cover costs for using computers and access to the web. Costs also include issuing a certificate of attendance to all registered participants.  Participants interested in two workshops will have 40% discount price on the second workshop.  Please indicate the reference of the workshop of your choice.  Cancellation or substitution should be made prior to the beginning of the conference according to policies indicated below.

REGISTRATION  POLICIES

Registrations are taken and confirmed, on a first-come, first-served basis according to receipt of full payment or purchase order. Unpaid registrations without a purchase order will be canceled after 30 days. If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks after sending full payment or purchase order, please call (787) 250-1912 ext.2142. If you plan to attend to any of the workshops, please include payment with conference registration. Indicate workshop reference.

SUBSTITUTIONS  or CANCELLATIONS

Substitutions are permissible up to seven days before the conference, but you must notify SYSBIO 2009 Conference Secretary in writing by fax or mail. Cancellations must be requested no later than February 20, 2009.   No cancellations can be accepted after February 20.  Registrants who cancel (before February 20) in time to receive a refund will nonetheless incur a $65.00 processing fee.
